Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Counseling: Bridge the gap between Dr. Atalla s expert diagnosis and the patient s surgery day. You will educate patients on the value of advanced technologies like Femto-LASIK, Custom LASIK, and Multi-focal IOLs
• Empathetic Lead Management: Handle high volumes of WhatsApp and phone inquiries. Your goal is to provide clarity and comfort to patients, turning initial questions into clinic visits.
• Value-Driven Follow-up: Use our "Consultative" strategy to follow up with hesitant patients, addressing specific concerns about safety or recovery to help them move forward with confidence.
• Data Management: Maintain the Lead Tracker (Google Sheets/CRM) with 100% accuracy, ensuring no patient follow-up is missed.
• Patient Experience: Greet patients at the front desk, manage the clinic schedule, and ensure a premium patient experience from start to finish.

Working Hours & Availability

This is a Hybrid Role designed for a highly organized professional.

• Clinic Presence: Saturday through Wednesday, 6:00 PM 11:00 PM (On-site at Al Manial).
• Digital Presence (Remote/On-call): Saturday through Wednesday, 11:00 AM 6:00 PM, Thursday 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM. You will be responsible for responding to WhatsApp inquiries and phone leads in a timely manner during these hours to ensure high conversion rates.
• Weekly Rest: Friday is your scheduled full day off.

• The "Closer" Mindset: Ability to discuss surgery costs and premium treatment options while maintaining the high ethical standards of a leading medical practice.
• Tech Proficiency: Expert level in WhatsApp Business and highly organized with digital data management.
• Communication Excellence: A professional, warm, and corporate tone in Arabic (good English is a significant plus - not mandatory).
• Passion for Patient Care: Someone who genuinely cares about helping patients achieve their goal of clear vision.
• Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role (High-end Retail, Real Estate or Medical).
• Personality: Highly organized, "street-smart," and able to multitask in a busy clinic environment. You must be a "people person" who enjoys building trust and solving patient concerns.
• Digital Proficiency: Advanced experience with WhatsApp Business (labels, quick replies).
• CRM/Data Management: Proven ability to use CRM software or advanced Excel/Google Sheets to track patient follow-ups and surgery statuses.
• Tech-Savviness: Ability to quickly learn medical scheduling software and maintain an organized digital calendar.
