الأدوار والمسؤوليات

1. Strategic Advisory & Decision Support

Provide expert legal advice to senior management on strategic, commercial, and operational matters.

Support executive decision-making through in-depth analysis of legal, financial, and reputational risks.

Ensure alignment of business decisions with applicable laws, regulations, and company objectives.

2. Contract Management & Legal Drafting

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Assess legal and commercial implications of contractual arrangements.

Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies to strengthen the company s contractual position.

3. Risk Management & Compliance

Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, regulatory, and operational risks.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles, laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on the business.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company s risk management framework.

4. Litigation & Dispute Management

Oversee and monitor ongoing disputes, claims, and litigation cases.

Coordinate with external legal counsel to ensure effective case management and optimal outcomes.

Develop strategies to protect the company s rights and minimize legal exposure.

5. External Legal Coordination

Manage relationships with external law firms and legal advisors.

Ensure alignment on legal strategies and consistent protection of the company s interests.

Evaluate external legal support performance and cost-effectiveness.

6. Corporate Governance & Oversight

Support the implementation and monitoring of corporate governance frameworks.

Identify governance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory directives.

7. Organizational Support & Performance Enhancement

Advise on legal aspects of business initiatives, partnerships, and new opportunities.

Strengthen institutional performance by minimizing exposure to legal, financial, and administrative risks.

Safeguard and enhance the company s legal and commercial reputation.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Law (LLB); Master s degree (LLM) preferred.

Minimum of 15+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial, or oil & gas sectors.

Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.

Experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and legal risk management.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.

High level of integrity and professional judgment.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
