Personal trainer SOFITEL

Main responsibilities:

• Works with a constant focus on customer satisfaction.
• Develops the coaching session program based on the clients' needs
• Prepares the teaching sessions and adapts them to the needs of the clients
• R meets customer expectations in terms of session diversity, progression, and performance objectives.
• Adheres to the theoretical and practical training program established beforehand with the client
• Informs the client about the operation, the organization of the premises, the course of treatment and its benefits
• Keeps the appointment book and is able to anticipate changes in schedules, following delays or cancellations.
• Ensures the proper use of the facilities and equipment made available to it
• Guaranteed customer safety for the duration of the session
• Handles the management and monitoring of stocks of equipment and products necessary for its activity.
• Participates in Institute team meetings, departmental meetings.
• Reports any complaint or malfunction originating from the customer up their hierarchy.
