Photovoltaic Manufacturing Operator

• To ensure the manufacturing and assembly operations of photovoltaic equipment.
• Assemble the components (cells, glass, polymers), make the internal electrical connections and ensure the visual quality of the finished product.
• Responsible for the proper functioning of automated machines (welding robots, laminating machines, flash testers). He intervenes preventively and correctively to avoid production stoppages.
• Optimizes production processes, designs new panel models and selects components (high-performance cells, EVA, aluminum frames).

Qualifications: engineering degree or 5 years of higher education with additional qualifications in renewable energies.

Technical skills: Proficiency in electrical engineering, precision welding, and sometimes computer-aided design (CAD) for positions in design offices.

Soft skills: Ability to work in a clean environment (sometimes in a cleanroom), autonomy and strict adherence to safety protocols.
