Main responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Italian customers via video call, assessing the technical feasibility of photovoltaic systems.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor the performance of installed photovoltaic systems, producing periodic reports.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize technical solutions
- Manage administrative and back-office activities related to technical support.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Electrotechnical, Energy Engineering or related fields.
- Solid theoretical foundation in the electrical/electrotechnical field.
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Italian clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to learn and an interest in the renewable energy sector.
Preferred requirements
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Basic knowledge of photovoltaic systems, inverters, or electrical panels.
- Familiarity with electrical regulations (including non-Italian ones).
