Main tasks:

  • Supporting users in the daily use of applications.

  • Process and prioritize support, access, and change requests.

  • Manage access rights and user profiles, ensuring compliance and security.

2. Change Management

  • Gather business requirements and write functional specifications.

  • Prioritize and qualify requests in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Validate technical deliverables and coordinate deployment phases.

Training:

  • Level: Master's degree (Bac+5)

  • Diploma: Computer Science, Data Management or equivalent

Experience required:

  • No prior experience required

LANGUAGES :

  • Mastery of French and English

Computer skills:

  • Advanced Excel

  • MS Project

Expertise:

  • Good mastery of functional support

  • Functional specification development

  • My Excel skills
