Project Quality Management
- Deploy and manage the quality processes associated with development milestones, in accordance with project management standards.
- Facilitate the handling of non-conformities (risks, faults, changes).
- Ensure the implementation of palliative and definitive solutions to achieve quality objectives.
- Manage quality escalations according to customer processes in case of deviations.
Product & Process Quality
- Perform supplier quality monitoring according to APQP/PPAP standards .
- put the project opinions to third parties at each stage of development and evaluate the gaps in relation to customer requirements (quality, risks, robustness, APQP/PPAP, detection plans).
- Prepare quality summaries and participate in product/process audits.
- Ensure product/process quality management and the handling of issues (actions, improvement plans).
Management & Coordination
- Mobilizing and leading teams around quality issues.
- To ensure the management and monitoring of problem-solving plans.
- Manage the changes and ensure their proper implementation

Master's degree (Bac+5) - recent graduate profile
- Strong data analysis skills , analytical and synthesis abilities
- Ability to persuade, structure topics and manage quality issues
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA macros, pivot tables), reporting, dashboards and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Mastery of problem solving methods (8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, PDCA)
- Ability to provide operational support and respond to specific customer requests (flexibility and adaptability)
- Participation in customer satisfaction surveys
- My perfect command of French and English (spoken and written)
