الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Responsibilities:
- Inspect piping fabrication, installation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Review and verify WPS, PQR, weld maps, and NDT reports.
- Conduct inspections for fit-up, welding, hydro testing, and pneumatic testing.
- Ensure proper handling, identification, and storage of piping materials.
- Verify correct installation as per P&IDs, isometric drawings, and engineering standards.
- Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs when necessary.
- Coordinate with contractors, QA/QC team, and site engineers.
- Prepare and maintain inspection records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all site HSE policies.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical or related field
- Certification preferred: CSWIP, AWS, API, or equivalent
- Experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects
