Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide comments on contractors baseline schedules in line with contract requirements and Parsons planning guidelines
• Validate project resource allocations to ensure realistic and achievable timelines
• Develop integrated master schedules combining multiple work packages and interdependencies
• Analyze monthly progress updates, identify slippages, and highlight critical activities requiring intervention
• Conduct What-If analysis to assess time impacts from variations, changes, or unforeseen events
• Prepare progress dashboards, monthly reports, and schedule presentations for management and client reviews
• Evaluate contractor time claims including EoT and disruption using accepted delay analysis methods
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve scheduling issues and finalize programs and related submissions
• Attend coordination, technical, and progress meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes
• Prepare tracking logs for design and construction stage critical issues and monitor resolution progress
• Establish and agree on progress measurement methods and KPIs with project stakeholders
• Provide analytical written responses to contractor notices using sound planning logic and contract understanding
• Maintain organized contemporary project records related to planning and scheduling
• Issue delay notices or performance alerts when contractor progress falls behind schedule
