Planning Engineer

Qualifications & Job Roles.

With a minimum of 5 years experience as a planning engineer in the construction/ Precast industry.
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering.
Well-versed in primavera as a planning and project management tool.
In-depth understanding of AutoCAD drawings.
Experience in preparing preliminary (tentative) and final project programs.
Experience in developing detailed project programs including resources & cost loading, etc.,
Hands-on experience in tracking and updating the project program at regular intervals.
Proactive in monitoring the progress of the project based programs.
Well-versed in preparing revised and recovery project programs.
Strong aptitude for time impact analysis & EOT claim and updating detailed progress.
Preparation and presentation of histogram and progress reports with KPI.
Coordination between internal departments and with clients for the planning updates and reports.
Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft especially in MS-office (excel, & word & power point)
High level of attentiveness and maintaining accuracy in all details and levels.
Good communication with correspondence.
Possess a valid UAE driving license, a Society of Engineers certificate approved by Dubai Municipality (DM), and experience in precast concrete all considered as added advantages
Fabrication Supervisor Qualifications & Job Roles.

Education & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 8 years of experience in precast concrete fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Proven experience in managing production operations in a precast yard (e.g., beams, columns, slabs, wall panels, etc.).

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of precast concrete production techniques, reinforcement detailing, and mould preparation.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
Familiarity with precast production equipment, lifting gear, and curing methods.
Sound understanding of quality control, tolerances, and finishing requirements.
Knowledge of HSE standards and procedures within a factory or yard environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and production reporting systems.
Supervisory & Management Skills:
Capable of leading and motivating a team of workers, carpenters, steel fixers, and casting crew.
Strong planning and organizational skills to meet production targets and deadlines.
Effective communication and coordination with production engineers, QA/QC, and site teams.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures.

Other Requirements:
Physically fit and willing to work in a yard/outdoor environment.
Good command of English (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage).
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and safety compliance.
