Ensure adherence to the detailed project plan based on the project schedule and the creation of a roadmap.

  • Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring that deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and managers.
  • Coordinate with the meta-functions and the CPs on late deliverables to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  • Organize regular project meetings to review progress and address challenges.
  • Creation and monitoring of deliverables
