Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the ashplant laying and manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost savings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the plant.
