Platform Led Transformations Manager Accenture Middle East

As a Manager within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:

• Supporting our clients to achieve their strategic and operational goals, by introducing efficient ways of working and enhancing processes and refining operating models.

• Employing your judgment to address complex and ambiguous client business challenges applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques (business case); making decisions with little management oversight

• Facilitating design thinking workshops, showcasing agile design to the client, co-developing and securing design decisions and innovative solutions in an agile manner

• Cultivating strong relationship with clients during engagements, ensuring business requirements and expectations are met and/or exceeded

• Contributing to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals

• Supporting development of CFO&EV practice/ community capabilities, such as developing offerings, assets, and relevant thought leadership, and engaging with the wider CFO&EV and other teams across Accenture

• Leading and inspiring high-performing multidisciplinary teams, by setting an example, actively mentoring team members and contributing to performance management

• Continuously learning new skills and enhancing your skill set to be able to contribute the growth of CFO&EV as well as wider Accenture organization

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• 6+ years of experience in consulting

• Arabic speaker is preferred

• Deep level of knowledge of business processes in the F&A, and how those processes are enabled by the ERP

• Expertise in financial consolidation, financial planning and budgeting is a benefit

• Deep functional knowledge of the key features of the major ERP (SAP/ Oracle) and hands on experience (functional expertise)

• Good expertise in process digitization (RPA, ML, process mining), with experience on the ground with some of the cutting-edge tool

• Solid Experience in delivering transformation initiatives in F&A areas (value case shaping, including solid knowledge of the finance value tree, identification of the value drivers and preparation of the business case and roadmap; process reengineering and digitalization to develop the Finance Organization of the Future)

• Proven experience in interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters

• Maintains an understanding of finance and operating model trends and advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across digital, ERP, automation, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem. Manage teams of diverse backgrounds, skill sets and technical functional knowledge

• Experience in leading small/medium size teams

• Ability and willingness in interacting across the Service Groups (e.g. Technology for system implementation)

• Experience in design thinking/agile project delivery methods

• Professional Finance or Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 1st time passes desirable and/or MBA is preferred

• Highly credible with the ability to engage broadly with all levels of management, on personal and professional attributes

• Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, the ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence

• Extremely strong collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritization and time management skills

• Driven enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determination, and optimism

• Experience supporting the management of a sales pipeline and supporting the bid / proposal process, contributing to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals with related financials

• Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements

• Preferred industry knowledge and experience: Public Sector, Utilities, Energy, Travel and Health
