- Coordinate and supervise plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing timely solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages skill development and team cohesion.
- Review project blueprints and specifications to plan plumbing layouts, determining necessary materials and resources effectively.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role or as a foreman.
- Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications, such as backflow prevention and gas fitting, are essential.
- Experience working in commercial and residential plumbing settings, with a strong understanding of piping systems and fixtures.
