الأدوار والمسؤوليات

دعم إدارة جميع جوانب الجودة عبر نطاق المنظمة المعنية والخدمات التي نقدمها.

  • تحديد والانخراط المنتظم مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين لتعزيز إدارة الجودة وجمع الملاحظات حول الأداء.
  • دعم التخطيط الفعال وتخصيص الموارد (بما في ذلك الأشخاص والميزانيات) مما يمكن من تحقيق الأهداف والنتائج المتفق عليها
  • تنفيذ نظام إدارة الأعمال وود (BMS) عبر منظمتهم مع ضمان أن تطبيقه فعال وأن الامتثال للنظام يتم مراقبته وتقييمه وتحسينه بشكل روتيني حسب الحاجة. تسهيل الشهادات الخارجية لنظام BMS حسب الاقتضاء.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

درجة في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها في إدارة الجودة أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذو صلة (أساسي)
الحد الأدنى 15 عامًا على الأقل 10 سنوات في النفط والغاز (خبرة بحرية)
مؤهل مدقق رئيسي من هيئة معترف بها في الصناعة (أساسي)
عضوية في منظمات الجودة CQI/ASQ، معهد إدارة المشاريع أو ما يعادلها (مرغوب فيه)
يفضل أن تكون لديك خبرة في الشرق الأوسط
كن لاعب فريق حيث تكون أهمية الاعتراف بأداء الفريق ككل أولى من إبراز المساهمة الفردية
القدرة على العمل في بيئة فريق والتعامل مع مسؤوليات مشاريع متعددة
