The Digital PMO contributes to the performance of major digital projects (transformation, automation, AI, data) by ensuring methodological, operational, and financial management. It guarantees the achievement of objectives related to value, deadlines, quality, and adoption, as well as the management of risks and dependencies. It reports to the Innovation Manager or the Project Manager.

1. Digital Governance & Management

: Applies and enforces digital standards, frameworks, and tools (Power BI, Jira/DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.).

Organizes governance rituals: agile/hybrid ceremonies, milestones, business-IT synchronization, decisions, and action plans.

Develops and maintains digital roadmaps and prepares steering committees.

2. Planning & Coordination:

Performs integrated planning (development, testing, data, integrations, deployments).

Consolidates business, IT, and innovation schedules.

Identifies deviations or risks related to deliverables, dependencies, or technical constraints.

3. Financial Management & Digital Performance:

Analyzes and consolidates costs (licenses, services, development, operations).

Tracks variances between planned and actual costs and projects completion costs.

Manages digital KPIs: adoption, velocity, quality, availability, ROI.

Optimizes technical and economic value.

4. Risk Management

: Manages risks and opportunities: IT dependencies, cybersecurity, data quality, scalability, user adoption.

Anticipates critical points (IT workload, architecture, integration, licenses).

5. Innovation & Automation:

Supports innovation projects (POCs, MVPs, prototypes).

Structures requirements and experimentation phases for future industrialization.

Identifies automation opportunities (RPA, AI, Power Platform) and monitors their performance (gains, stability, ROI).

6. Information Management:

Produces dashboards (Power BI, automated reporting).

Manages project documentation and collaborative workspaces.

Ensures transparency of information to teams and management.

7. Continuous Improvement

Contributes to initiatives to improve digital management.

Capitalizes on feedback and proposes methodological optimizations.

Job Requirements

With a Master's degree (or equivalent), you have significant experience in:

digital project management,

Digital PMO,

digital transformation,

or innovation/automation (RPA, AI, data).

Proficiency in tools: Jira, MS Project, Power BI, M365, Confluence.

Understanding of IT environments: development, data, architectures, cybersecurity.

Technical and economic monitoring: TCO costs, OPEX/CAPEX, digital ROI.

Expertise in digital risk management.

Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.

Ability to support innovative projects (POC, MVP, industrialization).

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
