Power Platform Solutions Architect The Group Vintage

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Power Platform Solutions Architect within The Group Vintage’s MIS & Digital Transformation team, you will provide high‑level technical leadership and shape the digital automation strategy across the entire group organization. You will design, develop, and govern enterprise‑grade Power Platform solutions enabling quality data capturing, workflow modernization, operational efficiency, and data driven BI reporting across various disciplines within the company.  

 
You will work alongside the head of digital transformation to deliver complex multi‑disciplinary digital projects, mentor team members on power platform apps, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You will drive innovation, standards, and best practices while contributing to platform governance, and the long‑term strategic roadmap for digital transformation at The Group Vintage.  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective, sustainable solution architectures.  

• Architect and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages portals to support business processes and digital transformation initiatives.  

• Design and implement integrations between Power Platform solutions and enterprise systems, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, and Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Planner.  

• Develop and optimize data models, SQL queries, and stored procedures to support robust application functionality and data processing.  

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including advanced data models and DAX calculations for analytics and visualization.  

• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in security, governance, performance optimization, and responsive design, including implementation of role-based access controls.  

• Lead modernization initiatives by re-engineering legacy applications into scalable Power Platform solutions.  

• Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards within Power Apps to enable seamless data-driven decision-making.  

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications, workflows, and reporting solutions to ensure high availability and performance.  

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline data flows, and improve operational efficiency using Power Platform capabilities. 

• Analyze business operations and MIS insights to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.  

• Ensure accurate, real-time reporting and dashboarding for leadership and key stakeholders.  

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices in Power Platform development and data visualization.  

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive successful project delivery.
