الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Responsible for providing technical and solution expertise during the sales cycle to ensure offerings meet customer requirements and deliver maximum value. This role bridges the gap between client needs and technical solutions by designing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in winning new business. The Pre-Sales Manager plays a critical role in positioning the organization as a trusted advisor and technology partner for sports and entertainment organizations.

Solution Design & Proposal Development

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Business Development team to understand client requirements and design tailored IT solutions.

  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.

Technical Presentations & Demonstrations

  • Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Articulate technical concepts in business terms to influence decision-makers.

Requirement Analysis

  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure proposed solutions align with client objectives and organizational capabilities.


Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with product development, engineering, and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility.

  • Provide feedback to improve solution offerings based on market and client insights.

Market & Technology Insights

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

  • Advise sales leadership on innovative approaches to enhance solution competitiveness.

Support Sales Cycle

  • Assist in pricing strategies, cost estimation, and risk assessment for proposed solutions.

  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations as a technical expert.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Required Experience

  • 7 – 10 years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting within IT solutions and services.

  • Proven experience in designing and presenting complex technology solutions for enterprise clients.

  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and integration technologies.

  • Experience in sports and entertainment technology solutions is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) are desirable.

Required Skillset

  • Expertise in solution architecture, system integration, and IT infrastructure.

  • Ability to create technical documentation, proposals, and diagrams.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and collaboration platforms.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
