Precast Production Manager SAAD Precast LLC

Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly precast production activities.

Supervise the entire production process from mold preparation to finishing.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.

Ensure all precast elements are produced according to quality standards and specifications.

Monitor and control production costs, material usage, and labor efficiency.

Lead, train, and manage production supervisors, foremen, and workers.

Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance KPIs.

Resolve operational issues, production delays, and non-conformities.

Improve production processes using lean methods and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with project schedules and delivery deadlines.

Coordinate with quality control teams for inspections and testing requirements.
