Process Control In- charge (QA / QC) In Abu Dhabi Ducast Factory LLC

Responsible for the In process control in molding, melting ,sand system and pouring of the shift.

Carry out in process sand testing on daily basis of both GREEN SAND & NO BAKE sand.

Carry out inward sand, bentonite inspection and share the test results to purchase and reporting

manager, operation head.

Carry out mixer calibration and set the resin/catalyst output depending on the climatic condition and the type of product produced.

Need to ensure all the process are followed as per method card, sand properties and chemical

composition control to be ensured in shift without any deviation,

Prepare sand testing report and share the reports to operations & quality head on daily basis.

Monitor the moulding process and check the mould, core quality like hardness etc.

Ensure the bench life is maintained and there is no bend in the mould.

Share the test results to reporting manager for any failures/deviations on immediate basis and co-

ordinate with line QC inspectors for segregating the castings poured with deviation.

Responsible for the updation of KIAZEN board , 3C & A3 as per the requirement.

Co-ordinate with purchase and suppliers in case of any break down of the lab

instruments/equipment’s.

Need to ensure error proofing, continuous improvement and OPL for the standardization to avoid

future mistakes in the process.

Carry out failure analysis CAPA and report in case of any failure.

Should monitor the daily production and rejection follow up and initiate action if gap identified.

Responsible for the New product development samples follow up during sample production and

correction to be updated to tooling team.

Ensure availability of the MSDS of the chemicals used in the laboratory at the point of use.

Ensure all relevant PPE’s applicable for the laboratory activities are worn at all times during carrying

out the activities.
