• Review supplier catalogs and product specifications to identify and introduce new lubricant products to the company portfolio.
• Evaluate product performance and identify potential opportunities for growth within the lubricants category.

Purchasing & Supplier Negotiation

• Prepare proposals, request quotations, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and purchasing agreements.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with vendors to achieve the best value for the company.

Supplier Performance & Stock Availability

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues affecting delivery, quality, or service.
• Ensure continuous availability of lubricant products across company branches and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.

Quality & Compliance Assurance

• Ensure that purchased lubricants meet company quality standards and technical requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and reliable supply.

Supplier Issue Resolution

• Address and resolve supplier-related issues that may affect product availability or operational efficiency.
• Take corrective actions in coordination with suppliers and internal departments when needed.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare purchasing and stock control reports related to lubricant products.
• Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and supplier performance evaluations.

Budget Monitoring & Performance Reporting

• Support the preparation and revision of monthly purchasing budgets.
• Provide regular reports on purchasing performance, supplier efficiency, and stock availability.
