Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement activities across all hotel departments, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Marriott International standards.
- Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize purchasing performance.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast and plan material and service needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards for all purchased products and services.
- Manage documentation, approvals, and reporting within the procurement system.
- Supervise and train purchasing team members, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong negotiation, budgeting, and supplier management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement systems and financial processes.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
