We are a growing digital marketing and technology company looking for a motivated Product Coordinator to join our team. You ll work on improving and testing our web platforms and mobile apps that power digital campaigns and NGO fundraising solutions.
Your mission will be to test, analyze, and enhance our digital products ensuring a smooth user experience, identifying growth opportunities, and helping turn ideas into impactful features.
Key Responsibilities:
Test websites and mobile applications regularly to identify bugs, usability issues, or performance gaps.
Suggest new features and improvements based on business needs and user feedback.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure updates are implemented efficiently and accurately.
Monitor and analyze product data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other analytics tools.
Communicate effectively between marketing, design, and technical teams to align priorities and timelines.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
1 2 years of experience in product coordination, business analysis, or growth-related roles (internships accepted).
Good understanding of web and app functionality.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/statistics.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
Proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
