Product Manager (Crypto)

Own the product vision, roadmap, KPIs and outcomes. Define product strategy across mobile and web to deliver best-in-class trading functionality for our crypto platform. Identify new opportunities aligned with customer needs and business goals.

Monitor the global competitive landscape in crypto. Translate market insights into strategic product improvements and differentiators.

Own all customer-facing functionality and trading workflows. Define end-to-end journeys and required UI/UX improvements; collaborate closely with design and engineering.

Track key metrics to identify friction points and improvement opportunities. Use data to drive decisions that enhance conversions, adoption, and engagement.

Work closely with engineering to ensure clear requirement documentation, efficient sprint planning, and high-quality delivery. Partner with compliance, operations, and risk teams to ensure product features meet applicable regulatory obligations in target markets. Align with marketing and customer support to ensure effective feature launches and user education.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Background

5-10+ years of product management experience, including experience leading major product areas Must have strong background in crypto platforms, trading, DeFi, Blockchain, etc. Understanding of crytpo products and offerings (spot trading, derivatives, custody, onboarding solutions staking, launchpads, etc.) Proven success owning and launching customer-facing digital products. Experience working with both B2C and high-velocity transactional environments is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of crypto trading mechanics (order types, market structure, liquidity, pricing, risk considerations).
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and form sound decisions.
• Proficiency in writing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to think strategically while also diving deep into execution details.
• Strong UX intuition and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Education

• Bachelors degree required (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related).
• Masters degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
