Product Manager Sundial Studio

Purpose

Lead the coordination and evolution of Thrive's product ecosystem - bridging clinical tools, operational platforms, and emerging capabilities. Own the product roadmap for our technology stack, which we are building to become a long-term competitive advantage. This is an individual contributor role initially. You will work with external development partners and grow into leading an internal team as we scale our technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across Sundial's technology ecosystem: EMR integrations, clinical tools, operational platforms, diagnostics dashboards.

• Translate business and clinical needs into clear product requirements.

• Manage product development cycles: prioritisation, sprint planning, QA, and release coordination.

• Coordinate with external development agencies. Drive toward building internal capability.

• Establish feedback loops with clinical and operational teams.

• Evaluate technology solutions: build vs. buy decisions, vendor selection, integration architecture.

• Ship multiple projects and ensure they are functional and adopted.

Performance Indicators

• Product releases delivered on time and meeting specification.

• Positive adoption metrics from clinical and operational teams.

• Reduction in operational friction through product improvements.

• Clear, maintained product roadmap aligned with business priorities.

• Successful coordination with external technical resources.
