الأدوار والمسؤوليات
As a Junior Product Manager , you will be supported and progressively develop your skills in the following areas:
- Participate in the promotion and development of the DFS product portfolio
- Contribute to the enrichment of product ranges in collaboration with suppliers
- Analyze customer needs (logistics hubs, authorized and independent repairers)
Analyse business & performance
- Track sales, margins and product performance indicators
- Contribute to the construction and analysis of business cases
- Conduct periodic analyses by product and by customer
- Propose corrective actions to improve sales performance
Pricing & revenue development
- Working in conjunction with the pricing teams to contribute to price definition
- Participate in the implementation of commercial and promotional activities
- Tracking the impact of campaigns on DFS revenue
Product Marketing & Communication
- Participate in the creation of communication materials:
- Sales pitches
- Product presentations
- Sales support materials
- Contribute to product launches and their commercial promotion
Customer & Partner Relations
- Participate in exchanges with suppliers
- Contribute to the development of relationships with distribution hubs and repairers
- Conduct occasional site visits to better understand operational issues

Recent graduate or final year student:
- engineering school
- cole de commerce / Business School
- Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Finance or Product Management
A specialization in product marketing, pricing, or business development is an asset.
Comp tences techniques
- Good foundations in:

- Financial/business reasoning
- Product Marketing
LANGUAGES
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential
- Italian or Spanish appreciated.

Within a service center dedicated to the automotive sector , the Junior DFS Product Manager operates in an international environment, at the heart of the aftermarket activity (parts and services). Reporting functionally to the Parts & Services Marketing team , you actively contribute to the development of DFS revenue by leading and developing a portfolio of strategic products (workshop products, tires, paint), in conjunction with internal teams, suppliers and the distribution network.
