We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the sales and presales offering for our flagship product GoEHS. This role is designed for a professional who combines commercial acumen, deep HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) expertise, and product management skills. The Product Manager will play a key role in driving client engagement, shaping customer experiences, and collaborating closely with our development teams to ensure the product evolves to meet market needs.

Requirements

Sales & Presales

• Lead client-facing product presentations, demos, and proposals.
• Identify customer requirements and position GoEHS as the solution of choice.
• Support business development by preparing compelling sales collateral and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Work with the team to design winning go-to-market strategies.

Product & Customer Engagement

• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and market insights to influence the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with the development team to align product enhancements with customer needs and compliance requirements.
• Ensure GoEHS delivers a seamless experience aligned with industry best practices in HSE.

Administration & Cross-Functional Duties

• Manage CRM processes, ensuring data integrity, pipeline visibility, and accurate reporting.
• Provide cross-functional leadership between sales, marketing, and product development teams.
• Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to keep GoEHS market ready.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) or equivalent discipline.
• OSHA accreditation or NEBOSH Certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 10 years of experience in HSE domain with exposure to technology/software solutions.
• Proven experience in sales, presales, or solution consulting in the HSE/ERP/software space.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical, functional, and commercial requirements.
