The Product Manager – Voice & Collaboration will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise voice and collaboration products. This role bridges technology, business, and customer needs to deliver differentiated solutions across IP Telephony, Cloud PBX, SIP Trunking, Unified Communications, and Contact Center platforms.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for the assigned Voice & Collaboration portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evolving market trends.

  • Define and optimize pricing, packaging, and go-to-market models, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.

  • Formulate business models, financial forecasts, and commercial strategies to support growth objectives.

  • Drive product positioning and value proposition development; collaborate with Marketing to create impactful internal and external product messaging.

  • Enable sales channels by creating training materials, playbooks, and competitive insights to enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven CX, collaboration analytics, conversational AI, CPaaS integration).

  • Monitor and evaluate product performance through lifecycle tracking, customer feedback, and market data to recommend improvements or end-of-life decisions.

  • Lead presales engagements in partnership with Sales and Technical teams: create and deliver proposals, RFP responses, solution workshops, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

  • Support partner/vendor relationships, including technology evaluations, interoperability testing, and co-marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain effective cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless product delivery and lifecycle management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Presales within Telecom, UCaaS, or System Integration environments.

  • Deep understanding of Voice, PBX, SIP Trunking, and Carrier interconnect architectures.

  • Experience with Cloud Contact Center and Unified Communications solutions including:

IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, IVR/Self-Service, Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Omnichannel Digital Engagement, and AI/Analytics.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Electronics.

  • Product Management certification is an advantage.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of ICT business or enterprise customer exposure.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business planning tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work across technical, commercial, and executive teams.

  • Analytical and structured thinker with problem-solving aptitude.

  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for customer and internal engagements.

  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Curious mindset with ability to identify and act on technology, customer, and market shifts.

  • Strong documentation, process management, and knowledge-sharing capabilities.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
