Job role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead our Operations & Finance Squad. This squad is responsible for critical aspects of our business, including warehouse management, inventory, and order fulfillment.

As the Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and optimize the tools and processes that power our operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in operations or product management who is eager to develop their skills further in a fast-paced and impactful environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the Operations & Finance product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with company objectives.

Collaborate with warehouse managers, finance teams, and engineering squads to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

Work with stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the squad’s initiatives.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.

Define, write, and maintain product tickets, clarify requirements with engineering, and continuously follow up on execution to ensure high-quality features are delivered on time

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational workflows and align them with best practices.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years of experience in operations, product management, or a related role (experience in q-commerce or e-commerce is a plus).

A solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, or order fulfillment processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.

A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-Have

Previous experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Previous experience in Q-commerce operations

Technical background or experience working with engineering teams.
