الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Supervise the production and maintenance teams.
  • Organize schedules and task allocation.
  • evaluate performance and identify training needs.
  • Establish a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • prepare production and maintenance reports.
  • Analyze the discrepancies and propose action plans.
  • Reporting to the General Management via the ERP.

  • Education: Engineer or Bac+4/5 technical degree (industrial, mechanical, electromechanical, production engineering).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in production and maintenance.
  • Comp tences : Leadership, organisation, r activit , analyse technique.
  • Languages: French required, technical English preferred.
  • Low-level position on production site.
  • Variable hours depending on production.
  • Availability in case of a technical emergency.
