Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical analysis and quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished powder coating products.
- Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to implement new technologies and improve existing products.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory experiments, production batches, and test results.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety protocols throughout the production process.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor s degree in Chemistry.
1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing chemistry role, preferably in powder coatings or related industries.
Strong understanding of chemical processes, formulation, and quality control techniques.
Familiarity with electrostatic powder coating technologies and equipment is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
