الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Support new product introductions by coordinating with R&D and quality assurance teams.
Train and mentor production staff on best practices and process enhancements.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Analyze the root causes of downtime and technical issues, and provide solutions to improve production efficiency.
Prepare daily reports on workflow, key performance indicators (KPIs), and raw material consumption.
Monitor machine and equipment operating parameters to maintain product quality.

B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture - Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related engineering field.
2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
Experience with production planning and resource allocation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office applications.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
Applicants preferred to be from: 10th of Ramadan City, Obour City, Shrouk, Future City, or along the Ring Road from the direction of El Salam or El Marg.
