Production Engineer/ Supervisor ASMACSKSA Contracting Est

· Develop detailed project and production schedules based on project scope and resource availability.

· Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.

· Coordinate with project managers, production teams, and other stakeholders.

· Identify potential delays and develop mitigation plans.

· Analyze resource requirements and optimize resource allocation.

· Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management.

· Ensure schedules comply with project specifications and client requirements.

· Support cost control and budget management through effective planning.

· Review all IFC Drawings and Specification and Data Sheets;

· Fabrication/construction planning as per drawings;

· Coordinate with Planning engineer for timely availability of material, provide inputs for progress reports.

· Plan manpower.

· Monitor and manage productivity to ensure proper man hour control

· Raise field TQ with Engineering Section as required

· Guide Supervisors / foremen to resolve production matters

· Assist as required in the preparation of method statements/procedures;

· Monitor quality control as work progresses;

· Co-ordinate with QC for Inspections activites.

· Implement rectification of NCR’s

· Coordinate & issue Material Requests as per plans;

· Coordinate with Project Manager daily matters of concern;
