Production Manager


Reporting to the Technical Department, your main responsibilities will be :

  • Plan, organize and supervise production activities
  • Ensure compliance with quality, cost and time objectives
  • Supervise and lead the production teams
  • Optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity
  • Monitor performance indicators (OEE, yield, scrap)
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental standards
  • Coordinate with the maintenance, quality and logistics departments
  • Implement continuous improvement processes

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial production or process engineering
  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years), ideally in the plastics industry
  • Good command of production techniques and continuous improvement tools
  • Managerial skills and a sense of leadership
  • Rigour, organisation and responsiveness
  • Proficiency in computer tools and production management
