• To serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, in coordination with external brokers and Ascoma branches / local insurers regarding insurance policies.
• Manage the placement of Health Insurance renewals by preparing submission files, reviewing received quotes and collaborating with the Specialist Council for complex cases.
• Create policies in the system, integrate guarantee tables and manage additions and deletions in member lists.
• to regularly send invoices for rebates and commissions to Ascoma subsidiaries and clients.
• Ensure follow-up with branches to guarantee timely invoicing and collection of premiums, commissions and FDR.
• Download and archive on SharePoint all communications (emails) with external brokers, clients, Ascoma branches and insurance companies relating to finalized files (bound files).
• Update the tracking tool up to the placement instructions phase on the Pipeline Tracking Platform on SharePoint.
