Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for one of our esteemed Client in their perfumery production facility. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, quality compliance, process optimization, and timely delivery of finished goods while maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily production activities across blending, filling, packing, and warehousing.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet demand forecasts and order deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, GMP, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, Procurement, and Logistics for smooth operations.
• Manage manpower allocation, shift schedules, and workforce performance.
• Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Control production costs, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management review.
