The main missions are:

• Guaranteeing the response to the customer's needs while respecting safety, quality, costs, and deadlines.
• To ensure the necessary transformations and to lead the change.
• To provide vision and unite teams around the entity's challenges.
• Organize your teams in a way that promotes multidisciplinarity, autonomy, accountability and cross-functionality with the aim of agility and adaptation to operational contingencies and customer needs.
• To ensure that skills and resources are maintained at the highest level within its extended scope.
• Ensure the accessibility and quality of data in your sector.
• Ensure the use and compliance with the references.
• piloting the production ramp-up
• Participate in the management and implementation of the department's progress plan.
• Facilitate training sessions related to the department's needs (new digital tools, problem-solving methods, QRQC, DMAIC project management)
• Boosting innovation
• Contribute to the organization of transformation seminars and workshops
• Participate in the identification and structuring of Green Belt or Black Belt projects
• Participate in the development and monitoring of relevant performance indicators
• Improve existing processes
