Oversee day-to-day metal fabrication production activities. Plan, schedule, and allocate work to fabrication teams. Ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for project requirements. Monitor material availability and request materials as needed. Supervise welders, fabricators, and machine operators. Ensure proper use of machines such as shearing, bending, rolling, and welding equipment. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies. Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management. Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure smooth operations.
