Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a signage, printing and interior fit-out fabrication environment. The role is responsible for day-to-day shop-floor execution, workforce coordination, and delivery of projects within committed timelines and quality standards. The supervisor acts as the operational bridge between design, planning and installation teams, ensuring production efficiency under tight schedules.

About the Role
The Production Supervisor manages fabrication operations including acrylic works, metal works, LED signage assembly, painting, and finishing. The role demands strong practical knowledge of signage production processes, material handling, manpower allocation, and work sequencing to meet delivery targets. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan daily production activities based on project priority
Coordinate with design team for drawings and clarifications
Allocate work to fabricators, welders, acrylic workers and helpers
Monitor production progress and update management daily
Ensure quality standards are maintained before dispatch
Control rework, wastage and material misuse
Handle urgent jobs and revise schedules when required
Coordinate with installation team for delivery timelines
Maintain workshop discipline and safety compliance
Motivate team to meet targets and maintain productivity
Report delays, risks and resource shortages proactively

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of signage fabrication and materials
Ability to read technical drawings and production layouts
Hands-on experience with metal, acrylic and LED signage works
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic advantage)
Capability to manage multicultural workforce
Experience handling tight deadlines and multiple projects
Positive attitude and leadership approach

Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Production, Fabrication or relevant field preferred
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in signage / advertising / interior fit-out production environment
