Production Team Leader

Mission and Responsibilities:

• Organize production at the sector level (Preparation/Cutting/Assembly) in terms of resources, materials, and yarn flow
• Organize the work of operators at the line level (Preparation/Cutting/Assembly) and supervise the quality level.
• Addressing and analyzing technical and human problems on the production line
• To reduce the rate of non-conformity and scrap, and to ensure that any anomalies encountered are reported to management and the relevant departments.
• Ensure the versatility of your team and validate the training of new operators
• To ensure the maintenance of production facilities in good working order

Skills and Qualifications:

• Safety, hygiene and environmental procedures
• Operating procedures for the manufacturing process of electrical beams
• Electrical harness machines and tools: function, operation, connection, testing
• Beam manufacturing technique
• Electrical harness materials and components (wires, sheaths, connectors)
• Product quality standards
