الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Production management:

  • Plan, organize and monitor production activities in the composites workshop to ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality.

Team management:

  • To supervise, lead and develop a team of composite operators and technicians, to organize schedules, manage skills and ensure continuous training.

As and conforms to:

  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures, aeronautical standards (EN 9100, AS9100, etc.) and product technical specifications. Implement corrective actions in case of non-conformity.

Am lioration continue :

  • Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes (productivity, safety, quality), propose and deploy action plans.

Resource management:

  • Supervise equipment maintenance, raw material management, and optimize the use of material and human resources.

Interface with support services:

  • Collaborating closely with quality, maintenance, R&D, logistics and the design office to guarantee product conformity and smooth production.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

BAC+5 Technical/Industrial Engineering training.

  • 8 years experience in the production of composite parts, ideally in the aeronautical sector.
  • Knowledge of composite materials (pre-impregnated materials, resins, fibers, etc.) and processes (molding, baking, finishing).
  • Comp tences manag riales av r es.
  • Sense of organization, rigor, team spirit and ability to manage priorities.
  • Mastery of quality standards in the automotive industry.
  • Good computer skills (ERP, planning software).
