What You Will Be Doing/strong>

• Implementing, integrating, and customizing OPSWAT solutions for customers.
• Defining best practice solutions for customers based on their business requirements and goals.
• Managing customer products within scope and budget while properly setting customer expectations.
• Defining and conducting integration tests to validate implementations and ensure that everything works as expected.
• Providing knowledge transfer and other types of training to customers.
• Collaborating with Support, R&D, Product Management, and other departments to coordinate activities and enhance customer experience.
• Engaging in special projects and activities.

What We Need From You/strong>

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in providing professional services for technical software products.
• Experience in project management, including project scoping, planning, execution, and signoff.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and services.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Knowledge of Linux, with an interest in expanding that knowledge.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to assigned accounts and company meetings.

It Would Be Nice If You Had/strong>

• Experience working with internationally distributed teams.
• Experience creating and executing integration and user acceptance tests on enterprise software.
• Scripting and programming skills.
• Cybersecurity domain experience, including file security, device security, network security, etc.
• Network integration skills.
