A minimum of 10 years of relevant academic, research, or industry experience following the Ph.D., including at least 3 5 years at the rank of Associate Professor or equivalent

An internationally recognized track record of scholarly research, with publications in high-impact journals and conferences.

Demonstrated excellence in teaching, curriculum development, and postgraduate supervision.

Proven ability to secure competitive research funding and lead research teams or interdisciplinary projects.

Evidence of academic leadership and active contribution to institutional or professional service

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience in the field or industry related to the department or program
