Your mission
Based in Casablanca , the Project Accounting Pilot plays a key role in the financial management of CAPEX projects. They contribute to the creation of purchase requests, invoice tracking, accounting compliance, and the smooth flow of communication between local and European teams. This position requires rigor, organization, analytical skills, and a strong command of financial tools.
1. Management of purchase requests and change orders
  • Collect and coordinate key CAPEX project data necessary for generating supplier contracts, POs and change orders.
  • Verify that purchase requests comply with CAPEX standards and accounting rules.
2. Management of the Goods Received / Invoice Received process
  • Set up and manage workflows to obtain validation of supplier invoice compliance.
  • Verify the accuracy and consistency of the invoices (Bill to, PO number, quantities, hours, amounts).
  • Manage data in SAP (ARIBA / IVT) to facilitate approval workflows and ensure timely payments.
  • Analyze and resolve blocked invoices (duplicates, errors, incorrect data).
3. International coordination
  • To ensure the interface between the team based in Morocco and the teams located in Europe in order to guarantee effective and consistent monitoring of financial processes.

Master's degree (BAC+5) in project management, finance, accounting, purchasing or equivalent.

  • 1-3 years of experience in project accounting, CAPEX financial monitoring or a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • My mastery of Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • Knowledge of SAP, particularly ARIBA / IVT.
  • VBA/Python skills preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Languages:
    English required,
    French required,
    German a plus
