We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team and support the successful execution of client deployments and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding and deployment activities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and stakeholder communication
- Monitor project progress, deployments, and operational workflows
- Support client offboarding and account transition processes
- Maintain reports, trackers, documentation, and project records
- Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Talent Management, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in project coordination, operations, or a related field is a plus
