Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Monitor project activities compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Understand the process of local authority submissions for various types of solar installation projects
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Liaising with stakeholders to align the expectations of the project.
• Coordination of permitting for projects.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Help project managers monitor project progress and team member s performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans.
• Schedule stakeholder meetings, and document and generate reports.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Assist in the development and engineering to develop a preliminary design budget.
• Support bid packages and procure materials and services as needed.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Provide progress reports and other status updates to clients and management as required.
• Maintaining records and databases

• Requirements and skills:
• Proven working experience as a Project Engineer (1 year of experience in solar Energy EPC project)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Decision-making ability and leadership skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• BS degree in Engineering (Renewable Energy or Electrical Engineering)
• 1+ years experience in solar or renewable project management with a track record of success
• Excellent in English required
