Job Description
You contribute to the mastery and performance of the management of major projects, by providing support to operational teams, in achieving their objectives of cost, time, quality, through the mastery of risks and opportunities and the mastery of deliverables under the functional management of the project manager.
You will be responsible, by delegation from the project manager and according to your scope of responsibility, for the following roles and missions:
- Implement company tool standards and ensure compliance with management processes
- Organize and lead the management process (reviews, milestones, decisions, and actions)
- Carry out planning, synchronize and consolidate integrated planning for the project and business components, and provide alerts (key milestones and deliverables)
- Integrate partner schedules and verify sequences
- Consolidate and analyze expenses, forecast costs, actual costs (NRC and RC), and completion costs
- Monitor the performance of the technical and economic process, consolidate data, and provide alerts
- Monitor the performance of the risk/opportunity management process, consolidate data, and provide alerts
- Manage management information (indicators, reporting, management documents, dashboards)
- Propose solutions narios for decisions and contributes to the preparation of arbitration files
- supports and coaches operational teams on management processes (program management, project management, work package management, visual management, improvement process)
- supports operational teams in maintaining the management framework (including training)
- contributes to feedback on management and thus contributes to improvement processes within assigned areas.
Job Requirements:
A Master's degree (BAC+5) is required, along with significant experience in project management / Operational PMO / M&O PMO in the aeronautics and/or automotive sector.
An international context may be present, requiring a good level of English.
You are autonomous in the tasks assigned to you and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- You possess proven skills in:
- Program and/or project management, particularly with MS Project / Primevera / Planisware tools (reference data, planning, technical and economic analysis, risk assessment)
- Performance monitoring (KPIs)
- Cost and budget monitoring
- Complex planning
- Change management
- Design to Cost or Design to Value techniques would be an asset. Previous successful sales experience is preferred. Experience in engineering services is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the Aeronautics and Space sectors is a plus.
