Project Manager – Business Development for Storage Silos

Our client, a specialist in flour milling, wishes to develop a new business renting silos for wheat storage to farmers and other players in the agri-food sector. The Project Director will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational development of this business, in conjunction with internal teams and external partners.

Main tasks:

Strategic development:

• develop the business development plan for silo rental.
• Identify market opportunities and define target customer segments (farmers, cooperatives, processors).

Marketing et commercial :

• D. Define the commercial offer (prices, rental conditions, associated services).
• D. Develop communication and promotion tools for the service.

Operational and financial monitoring:

• Monitor performance indicators (silo occupancy rates, sales figures, customer satisfaction).
• Contribute to budget preparation and monitor the project's profitability.

Monitoring and compliance:

• Ensure that the facilities comply with health and safety standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments related to grain storage.
