Project Manager - Civil Alaberah

Direct all phases of trench excavation and installation projects, ensuring strict adherence to the company's Trench Excavation Manual and local UAE regulations.

Develop comprehensive project plans for civil works, including HDD, open-cut excavation (Rocky, Asphalt, Tile, Green Area), and reinstatement.

Oversee the scheduling of cable pulling to align with civil progress.

Manage the full lifecycle of Manhole construction, ensuring strict adherence to specs for steel reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, waterproofing, and internal finishing.

Ensure concrete protection works and marker pole installations are executed per design standards.

Supervise the engineering team regarding Topographic Surveys, Setting-out/Demarcation, and final As-Built Surveys.

Handle Municipality Inspections (Road) and obtain necessary NOCs/permits.

Coordinate Shutdown Activities and area preparation to minimize public disruption.

Oversee Advising & Collaboration regarding technical issues and data support.

Leverage the company Portal to integrate and communicate with internal functional units (HR, Accounts, Estimation) and external parties (suppliers, customers).

Ensure project-wide compliance with rigorous safety guidelines, including regular site inspections, PPE enforcement, and the implementation of robust emergency response plans.

Oversee pre-pulling preparations, ensuring routes are planned, ducts are cleaned, and all complex mechanical excavations are calibrated.

Review and authorize site documentation, ensuring Manhole Condition Reports, dewatering plans, and marker post repainting are properly budgeted and executed.

Provide executive summaries to the Division Manager regarding project timelines, highlighting critical path items like utility verification and material availability.

Report on project costs, resource allocation efficiency, and portal-generated financial tracking.

Deliver high-level progress reports to external clients (including ADNOC representatives) and key stakeholders.

Submit overarching Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) reports, detailing incident rates, safety declaration sign-offs, and compliance with ADNOC/local standards.
