What You Will Bring

• 5 plus years experience in project management preferably in fabrication design build exhibitions construction or production

• Strong ability to lead cross functional teams and resolve ambiguity quickly

• Experience in managing multiple timelines vendors and teams in a fast moving environment

• Proficiency in tools like ClickUp or equivalent PM platforms

• Background in industrial design engineering architecture or related field is a plus PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required

What Success Looks Like

• Deliver 90 percent of projects on time and on budget within the first 12 months

• Manage a minimum of 3 full cycle client projects in parallel with no major client escalations

• Achieve an average client satisfaction rating of 8 out of 10 or higher

• Maintain a gross margin of 25 percent or higher on at least 90 percent of assigned projects

• Propose and document at least 4 major internal workflow or process improvement by month 6
